Search memory about the person and their business
Instant hybrid search (meaning + keywords, no model call, typically under 100 ms) over the workspace’s Dynamic Memory: atomic, cited facts about the person (backstory, stories, beliefs, preferences, people) and their business (what it does, offers, numbers, timeline). Each hit has the memory text, its kind, the verbatim quote it rests on and its sources (recording and timestamp, Fathom call, Knowledge document, manual note). Use it before writing or saying anything about them. Memories marked private may inform you but must never be repeated publicly; never-say memories are never returned to agents.
