Mine a recording for moments
Start mining a received recording (an uploaded Riverside transcript, a studio take or a Fathom call): the writing agent reads its transcript and Knowledge and returns 4–12 verbatim moments (story, number, framework, objection, hot take). Returns at once with status mining; read loop_snapshot_get for the result. Idempotent while mining.
