# Appointment workflow

The intended order is qualification, relationship-context preparation, outreach drafting, human approval, send, and reconciliation. Only the first four are available as guidance in this release.

Do not draft before the qualification and relationship state are explicit. Do not send without an approved, server-issued action in a future enforced workflow. Never infer that a draft was delivered.
